In a medium skillet over medium heat heat olive oil.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Long grain white rice stir fries until lightly brown then toss with colorful vegetables and savory seasonings. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes then stir in egg. Add the peas cooked chicken chilli bean sauce and shrimp paste and continue to stir fry for 5 minutes over a high heat.
Add onion and saute until soft. Add the rice and chicken to the veggie and egg mixture. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir to incorporate. If the rice starts to stick to the pan stir in a little more oil.
Chicken fried rice contains flavorful pieces of protein that make for a heartier side dish. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined. Add onion and saute until soft then add chicken and 2 tablespoons soy sauce and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes. A quick and easy main course or side dish thats even better than what youd get from your favorite chinese restaurant.
Fried rice in 15 minutes. Step 2 stir in carrots celery red bell pepper pea pods and green bell pepper and stir fry another 5 minutes. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Youll feel good about serving your family this low calorie low fat dish.
